The rack is lightweight, a pleasant matte black, & fit perfectly over my 700cc wheels - diamondback hybrid is lovely to have the ability to switch among wheel sizes. I was one time able to attach a couple of pannier baskets with only a few issues.

However, the installation technique was something of a pain. The directions are not clear - they consist of an exploded view of all the parts & some very basic instructions on how to put in the rack over the back tire of the bicycle. of the screws stripped immediately when they started installing the rack. There were also no directions on how to fix the ""arms"" of the rack (the silver ones on the left side of the rack in the picture) to the main body of the bicycle - diamondback hybrid took lots of guesswork & some tinkering to figure out what they needed to do since they hadn't installed this sort of bicycle rack on a bicycle before.

This has been the best rear bicycle rack I have used so far. Delivery was very prompt. Unit is sturdy & came with instructions, fits over 700c tires, mounting hardware is fully adjustable & came in lengths. Very happy with this purchase.
